Placing a custom order is easy — here's how it works
Send us a message via Facebook. Tell us what you have in mind — the occasion, theme, colors, quantity, and any inspiration photos you love.

We'll review your request and send back a price quote based on the design complexity, quantity, and timeline. We'll also confirm your pickup or delivery date at this point.
Once you approve the quote, a deposit or full payment is required to reserve your spot on the baking schedule. Payment is accepted via Venmo, PayPal, or cash.

Sit back and relax! We'll get to work crafting your cookies from scratch. Each one is hand-decorated with royal icing and dried carefully before packaging.
Your cookies will be beautifully packaged and ready for pickup at the agreed time. Local delivery may be available — just ask when placing your order!
We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance. Holiday seasons book up quickly, so reach out early for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's Day orders.
Our standard minimum is 12 cookies per order. Cookie bouquets and specialty items have their own minimums — ask us for details.
We accept Venmo, PayPal, and cash. Full payment is due before baking begins to reserve your order date.
Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts. Please let us know about any allergies.
Orders are available for local pickup. Delivery may be available depending on location and order size — just ask when reaching out!
Cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature when individually wrapped, or longer when frozen. We recommend enjoying them within the first week!
